　　welcome to use "tian" brand crankshaft from tianrun crankshaft co., ltd. our crankshafts are made with advanced process and technology, with better wear resistance, higher reliability, longer life and perfect mechanical properties. since the models are various, it is necessary to make sure you get the correct product model and carefully check the important parameters before the assembly. please pay your kind attention to the authenticity of the trademark "tian" when purchasing.our products are manufactured in strictly accordance with jb/t 6727-2000 "internal combustion engines - specifications for crankshaft". during installation, maintenance or use, your failure to comply with this requirement will void your warranty coverage.

　　in the warranty period, the quality problems below are covered:

　　1、the quality problems of the crankshaft which affect the use:

　　　　a. casting defects on journal surface (sand, slag, pores);

　　　　b. significantly nitriding on journal surface, heat treatment defects (electrical injury);

　　　　c. wax has serious rust, or bumps.

　　2、the quality problems of the crankshaft which affect the assembly:

　　　　a. insufficient machining process (oil hole blocking, without keyway, pin holes, or threads, etc);

　　　　b. rotation difficulty (deformation or other reasons are not within this range)

　　　　c. oversized critical dimensions (subject to the drawings; for specific data, refer to the manual.

　　3、the following cases are not covered by the warranty:

　　　　1、damage or failures caused by improper installation or use;

　　　　2、man-made damage during the installation process, such as smash, bruise, bumps.

　　　　3、corrosion caused by improper storage of the seller or purchaser.

　　　　4、damage of crankshaft or other accessories caused by installing the wrong model.

　　　　5、the user modifies the crankshaft without authorization.

　　　　6、crankshaft damage caused by damage of other accessories.

　　　　in order to provide you with timely and quality service, please read the "user information" carefully, fill out the service card, and preserve the purchase invoice properly.
