? tianrun have established a long-term cooperation relationship with domestic famous universities and research institutes and created national post-doctorate workstation -shandong province academician workstation, national technical center, shandong province crankshaft engineering research center, shandong province key lab, mount tai scholars distinguished position and tianrun engineering technology research institute. tianrun led the establishment of engine key component technology innovation strategic alliance, which has undertaken more than 30 projects in provincial level or above including 863/cms project, national key new products, national torch plan and shandong province technology plan, etc. tianrun has taken charge of initiating gb/t23339-2009 ‘china industrial standard- crankshaft technical conditions’ and jb/t51049-2000 ‘china industrial standards – grading of crankshaft products quality’, and got 9 provincial level or above awards, more than 100 national patents. among them, the project – ‘replace mo with tin high strength and ductility s.g.iron crankshaft engineering research and development’ won the first prize of china machinery industry science and technology award; the project – ‘energy-saving s.g. iron crankshaft technology development and application’ won the first prize of shandong province science and technological invents award; the project – ‘micro-tin high strength and ductility s.g.iron key technology and core components industrialization won the second prize of national science and technology progress award. |
